General Conditions of Purchase
1.Goods will not be posted until all payment funds are cleared in full.
2. Saddles being returned by mail, must be packaged adequately to avoid damage and marked fragile to reduce the risk of being crushed. We pack all saddles in bubble wrap and cardboard. A saddle returned in a damaged condition, will not be refunded.
3. Any clothing/footwear/headwear/garments that are faulty may be returned at the buyer's expense, for refund, credit or exchange, as long as the original tags are still on/or with the garment, and it has not been soiled or damaged by the buyer. Products cannot be refunded when they have been damaged through normal wear and tear, or accidental damage by the buyer. We suggest you check goods at the time of purchase and return them immediately if they are faulty.
4. Goods may be exchanged for goods of same value, at the Overflow Equestrian's discretion, if they are the wrong size. Buyer's are strongly advised to try on boots and clothing/helmets prior to purchase. Not refunds will be given for goods that are the wrong size or poor fit (but exchanges may be possible). Goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense if they are seeking an exchange (or exchanged in person at a trade fair), and buyer's must cover postage costs associated with an exchange item being posted to them.
